CAC Main Gallery Exhibitions
The Contemporary Arts Center of Las Vegas is accepting submissions for solo shows or group installations from artists and curators for consideration for our 2012-2013 exhibition season. All mediums and disciplines will be considered. Any work presented at the Contemporary Arts Center must be a body of new or recent work executed within the past 2 years. Emerging or mid-career artists, members or non-members, may submit proposals. Entry Deadline: April 17, 2012. Submission Guidelines
CAC East Side Projects
East Side Projects is the CAC's front window display on Charleston Blvd, available to local members who are contemporary artists working in any media. Exhibitions last three weeks and change monthly. Site-specific work for the space is encouraged. Please note that the window receives a generous dose of Las Vegas sunshine and heat.
Submissions must include a written proposal, current CV/resume, artist bio/statement, JPG images of original artwork (300 dpi at 2 MB or less please) and image reference sheet (including artist, title, media, dimensions, and filename). Email files or mail with SASE for return. Artists are selected by the CAC Board of Directors, and are typically scheduled 3-6 months in advance.
